Can't you feel the knife?

Feeling: mixed
Current Love: Grizzly Bear - Knife (Girl Talk Remix)

Allo. After a week of shindins and running around, I'm finally able to spend good hours on my computer again. Sunday is the usual slow and lazy end-of-the-week cool down. I still can't figure out why I'm always tired through out the day, every Sunday. I'm pretty sure it's already automated in my brain, so there's not much I can do.
I'm back to my bed-laptop table setup. Maybe it'll be my new once a week lazy-sunday setup. It's quite relaxing, minus the unnatural temperature of my room. I suppose now that I've finally finished my summer mixtape (with unfortunate last minute dilemmas), dual monitoring is just going to be a nice commodity again.

Today was somewhat productive. I read feeds for the majority of the day and was quite inspired by some posts. I've had a goal in the back of my mind for awhile, but I decided now that I am actually going to pursuit it to the best of my abilities. I need to change my lifestyle and give it a major makeover. It's not like I hate how things are currently, it's just that I feel I can do much better in life (productivity, happiness, health, wellness, etc.) if I finally take actions instead of just speculating. Ideally, I should have taken initiatives before summer, so I regret that a little, but I still have the rest of summer to plan out the next school year, which hopefully will harbor much changes once I move into my apartment and start classes. Speaking of which, I'm looking forward to starting school again. I have been enjoying summer for the most part, but it's becoming repetitive, and I need to get out.

My friend Sami came to visit from Bloomington on Friday. I had to work the whole afternoon and attend a usual neighbor gathering with the parents. Luckily it was a quick one. I got in, aloofed, ate, and got out in under 30 minutes. I felt abit bad for not being able to meet up with him until 10 ish for Mike's birthday party . But for the most part he seemed to have enjoyed himself there, so that's good. I ended up staying the till way too late again; got about 5 hours of sleep and was waken up by a call from Sami. We went out to lunch around 11 and had to wait around for the restaurants to be open, which wasn't untill 11:30 He treated me to Basil Thai, which was quite good to my surprise. We strolled around campus for awhile after before I sent him off on the Lafayette Limo. (Not an actual limo, just the name of the bus service ) Actually, funny thing when we were waiting. I picked up a copy of the local newspaper and recognized a person in a pic on the cover story. He was someone from the party on Friday that me and Sami had met. The story was about him being in a libertarian socialist "community" in town, and how they were trying to plant a garden in this empty lost, so, to quote, " everyone can just come by and pick up some food when they're hungry." -----That's cute.
